Aqua-Jet specializes in cleaning & degreasing commercial cooking equipment, ventilation hoods, fans, ducts and filters! Ensuring compliance with NFPA#96 National Fire Protection Association codes. Compliance with NFPA 96 is verified by a Certificate of Performance, which is posted on the hood canopy in plain view of the Fire Marshall, Department of Health, or Insurance Agent.
Aqua-Jet's exhaust degreasing process consists of a total system cleaning. This means we begin at the canopies and degrease all exhaust ductwork through to the fan. Complete cleaning ensures the customer a safe grease-free environment.
